At Bright Smiles your therapist shapes and files the toenails, tidies the cuticles and gives your feet a refreshed, cared for finish. The Express Pedicure comes in three versions: with no polish, with normal polish or with gel polish, so you can choose the finish that suits your plans. The Men's Classic Pedicure keeps things tidy and natural with no polish. If your feet are already in good condition and you just want colour, File & Gel Polish or File & Normal Polish for toes focuses on shaping and a fresh shade. Builder gel with a French finish is also available for extra strength and a classic look.

How long does a pedicure last and how do I care for my feet afterwards?
Gel polish on toes often lasts noticeably longer than on fingers, because toenails grow more slowly and take less daily wear, though every client is different. Normal polish needs a little drying time, so bring open toed shoes or flip flops if you can. Moisturise your feet daily, especially the heels, and keep toenails trimmed straight across between visits. When you want to change colour, book a professional removal rather than peeling gel away, which can weaken the nail. If you have diabetes, poor circulation, a fungal nail infection, verruca or broken skin on your feet, mention it when booking, as your therapist will advise whether a pedicure is suitable or whether you should speak to a podiatrist first.
