Your therapist uses long, gliding strokes, gentle kneading and rhythmic movements with light to medium pressure. At our Bridgwater salon you will be settled on a comfortable couch with warm towels, and your therapist will check the pressure with you early on. The Swedish Full Body massage is 60 minutes for £55, booked as 1 hour 10 minutes, and covers the back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders. For a complete head to toe treatment, the Swedish Full Body with scalp and face lasts 1 hour 30 minutes for £70, in a 1 hour 40 minute appointment.

If you prefer a stronger, more targeted treatment, deep tissue may be a better fit, and your therapist will advise. Many clients like a monthly session to keep on top of tension, while others save it for a treat. Afterwards, sip water, avoid rushing straight into strenuous exercise and give yourself time to enjoy the calm feeling.
