This is our most advanced facial, and every step builds on the one before. It starts with a double cleanse and skin prep, followed by an enzyme or light chemical exfoliation. Next comes dermaplaning to remove dead skin and fine hair for a smooth surface. Your therapist then performs microneedling, which creates tiny controlled channels in the skin to encourage its natural collagen response and help improve tone. Customised LED light therapy follows to support the skin and target specific concerns. Finally, a hydrating or soothing mask is applied, then targeted serums, moisturiser and SPF. The whole experience takes two hours and is carried out at a careful, unhurried pace.

The Billion Dollar Facial is £150 for a two hour appointment. Because it brings several advanced treatments together, it is designed for clients who want a significant skin refresh in a single session, such as before a wedding, a milestone birthday or as the start of an anti ageing plan. It suits concerns including fine lines, acne scarring, uneven texture, pigmentation and loss of firmness. If you are weighing it against our individual facials, think of it as a complete skin reset. Your therapist will discuss your goals at the start so the exfoliation, needling depth and LED colour are chosen to suit your skin rather than following a fixed recipe.

What is the downtime and aftercare after microneedling?

Because this facial includes microneedling, some redness, warmth and tightness are common afterwards, similar to mild sunburn, and usually settle within a day or two. Plan your booking with that in mind if you have an event. For the first 24 hours avoid makeup, exercise, saunas and swimming, and keep skincare simple. Use a high SPF and avoid direct sun for the following days, and pause retinoids and acids until your therapist says it is fine to restart. Microneedling is not suitable during pregnancy, over active acne or infections, or with some medications and skin conditions. A consultation and patch test may be required beforehand, and your therapist will advise.
