Preparing for your leg sessions

Shave the area the day before each session but do not wax, pluck or use hair removal cream for several weeks beforehand, because the follicle needs to be intact for the light to reach it. What is the difference between half leg and full leg?
Half leg usually covers either the lower leg from the knee to the ankle or the upper leg. Full leg covers the whole leg. Your therapist will confirm the area at your consultation.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need a course of around 6 sessions spaced several weeks apart, and occasional top-ups afterwards.
Can I wax between sessions?
No. Shave only. Waxing removes the hair from the follicle, which the light needs to target.
Is a course cheaper?
